STURBRIDGE CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT
OUTBUILDING REMOVAL PROJECT

BID EXTENDED to Friday, January 22, 2021, at 10:00 a.m

Sealed bids for furnishing the Sturbridge Conservation Department Outbuilding Removal Project will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Sturbridge Town Hall, 308 Main Street, Sturbridge, MA 01566 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

Specifications and bid forms may be obtained online on the Town of Sturbridge website, https://www.sturbridge.gov/bids. The project site is open to the public, located along Old Sturbridge Village Road and Leadmine Road, Sturbridge, MA. There is currently no site visit planned but if there is significant interest one may be scheduled.

Bids will be opened virtually in the Sturbridge Town Hall, Veteran’s Memorial Hall, Second Floor at 308 Main Street by the Office of the Town Administrator on Friday, January 22, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
