NOTICE:
It seems that many of our applicants are receiving emails requesting payment for application review and processing fees, zoning compliance assessment, legal and administration fees, etc.
The invoice looks fairly official but contains typos and asks you to contact them for wire transfer instructions.  Please be advised that this invoice did not come from this department or the Town of Sturbridge.  Please do not pay.  You would have paid your fees directly to us when you submitted your application and then you would have paid your advertising fee to the newspaper.

We are sorry that this is happening and are doing are best to get word out to impacted individuals and companies.

Remote Meetings: The ZBA may choose to conducted a meeting via remote means if circumstance warrant. This means that members of the public body as well as members of the public may access a meeting with the following link: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/472675877

Every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post of the Town’s website an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of the proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting.
