The applicant requests Site Plan Approval as required by Article XIX of the Sturbridge Zoning Bylaws, to add a new structure at the rear of the existing building at 2 School Street and to create 12 artist studios, 6 in the existing building and 6 in the proposed new structure and to modify the existing parking lot and other site improvements.
