Shaw's Supermarket - 178 Main Street - Special Permit
The applicant is requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Chapter 22, Section 22.05.05 of the Zoning Bylaw regarding the erection and maintenance of signs in excess of what is specifically allowed in the Bylaw. The applicant is proposing a second building sign on the front façade, to promote a new contactless grocery shopping service, which is in excess of the two on premise signs, per brand, allowed under the sign bylaw.
