6:35 PM	Public Hearing – Special Permit – 179 Main Street – Verizon Wireless
	The applicant is requesting a Special Permit to allow for the installation of a small antenna and associated equipment on an existing utility pole in the public right of way near 179 Main Street.

6:36 PM	Waiver of Site Plan – 178 Main Street – Dragonfly Ibis, LLC
	The applicant is requesting a Waiver of Site Plan to revise the division of spaces at the plaza to one fitness center, one “retail” spaces (two units), one restaurant, and one storage/office in the rear.
