Om Shri Ambika, LLC - 21 New Boston Road - Modification of Site Plan
The applicant is requesting a Modification of Site Plan to modify the previously approvaed Site Plan for 21 New Boston Road. The modification will include a proposed 4,800 sq.ft. sit down restaurant in the place of the previously approved 3,775 sq.ft. bank, all other project compoents will remain the same. The proposed design will be consistent with the previous approvals for building location, limit of work, stormwater managment, etc. The proposal is consistent with zoning requirements and provides propoer screening and landscape elements to adjacent residential properties.
