The applicant is requesting sign design approval for the rebranding of the Dunkin located at 215 Charlton Road, including replacing the following existing signs: 30 sq.ft. building sign, (2) 4.5 sq.ft. double sided multi-tenant signs, (2) 8 sq.ft. menu boards with canopy & recovering of existing awning.
