RLS Complete - 90 Charlton Road - Site Plan/Special Permit
The applicants are requesting a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval to construct an 83,035 square foot frozen food warehouse and distribution facility on the property located at 90 Charlton Road. The building as proposed will contain 78,035 square feet of freezer warehouse storage area and 5,000 square feet office and related site improvements. The applicant has also requested a Special Permit for the height of the building which is proposed at a maximum building height of 57’.
