The applicant is requesting a Special Permit to raze and rebuild the existing single family home. The the lot coverage will increase from 20.96% to 24.02% where 15% is required. No other non-conformities will be intensified as a result of the proposed alterations.

Determination – 24 Cedar Lake Drive – Nicholas Cantara

 

The applicant is requesting a Determination to convert the existing deck into a 2-story addition. Construction will not increase the pre-existing non-conformities of the property.
