The applicant is requesting a Special Permit to raze and rebuild the existing single family home. The setbacks will be reduced from 3.5' & 7.7' to 8.5' & 11.2' and the lot coverage will increase from 20.96% to 24.02% where 15% is required. No other non-conformities will be intensified as a result of the proposed alterations.
