The applicant is requesting a Special Permit to remove the southeast foundation and re-pour in the same location and reconstruct the building in the same footprint, as well as expand the existing non-conforming parking lot to create sufficient parking for the new proposed use which is 8 artist live/work studios as permitted in the Zoning Bylaw. The structure is non-conforming with regard to setback.
