The applicant is requesting a Special Permit to change the use of the existing non-conforming structure and lot to a mixed-use retail and residential use and to continue use of the pre-existing non-conforming parking lot.

Determination – 48 Beach Avenue – Mark Renaud

 

The applicant is requesting a Determination to remove the existing roof, a 12’ foot section of western exterior and a 14’ section of southern wall and construct a 2’6”x14’ canter lever past the existing foundation and a build a new higher roof.
