The applicant is requesting a Variance from Article XIV, §300-14.2 Table of Standards which requires 150’ of frontage on a street to permit the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility where 100’ is provided.

The applicant is requesting a Determination to raze the existing house and construct a new single family home and a new septic system on the premises.
