Vital Records

• Certified copies of Birth, Death and Marriage certificates are available for $10.00 each.
• Certified copies can be obtained by visiting the Town Clerk's 0ffice or by sending a written request as to what Vital Record you would like a certified copy of.  
• Send your written request to the address below, include a check made payable to the "Town of Sturbridge" and a stamped, self-addressed envelope. 
• You may also select the payment tab on the main menu, select vitals and  you will be prompted to the Unibank page to process credit card payment (fees will be accessed)
