Pine Lake RV Resort - 30 River Road
Public Hearing to be held July 17th at 6:35pm.
The following application has been submitted for the property at 30 River Road (formerly Yogi Bear's Jellystone RV Park). The existing site is 76 acres with an 8 acre private pond, Pine Lake. Currently on the property are 396 campsites, including 36 cabins, a single-family residence, a resort center with offices, a conference area and a general store, two swimming pools with bath houses, a snack bar, maintenance building, two comfort stations, and multiple sheds, decks, and concrete pads. All structures and pools, with the exception of the maintenance building, will be demolished.
Proposed reconstruction will include the resort center, the two comfort stations will be replaced with six bath houses with launderettes and one swimming pool. New construction includes four additional bath houses, three conference centers, and a storage building. The final camp site count is expected to be more than 340 but less than 350. All reconstruction and new construction will comply current zoning setbacks.
The property is serviced by Town water. This will not change. However, the water distribution system within the campground will be updated.
