Outreach Coordinator

The role of the Outreach Coordinator is to provide older residents with information that will help them resolve issues. The Coordinator is available to make home visits or to meet seniors and their families at the  Center to answer their questions.  The range of issues is broad and may include housing, medical insurance, fuel assistance, S.N.A.P., homemaker services, caregiver information, and local support groups.

The Outreach Coordinator provides residents with programs that help them stay safe and maintain connections to the community, such as information about the Sturbridge Are You OK? Telephone Reassurance Service, the Friendly Visitor service that provides seniors with weekly companionship visits, and the Library in Motion Service that brings library materials to the home.

Feel free to contact the Center to make an appointment with Marcia Wildgrube, Assistant Director/Outreach Coordinator - 508-347-7575.
