SAHT New Homeownership Program – Up to $100,000 in Assistance!
We’re excited to share that the Sturbridge Affordable Housing Trust has launched the Sturbridge Buy Down Program, a new initiative to support first-time homebuyers in our community.
Eligible applicants may receive up to $100,000 to help reduce the cost of purchasing a home in Sturbridge.
The program may also include funds for necessary home repairs, and ensures long-term affordability through a deed restriction.
Applications will be selected through a lottery process — deadline to apply is January 22, 2026 by 2pm.
