Special Permit - 26 Farquhar Road - The Blanchard Family Trust

The applicant is requesting a Special Permit re-build a garage on a portion of an existing concrete pad. The concrete pad straddles the property line, the construction as proposed will maintain a 2' side setback where 15' is required. Since construction will be on the existing pad, no new non-conformities will be intensified or created as a result of the proposed construction.
