Rapscallion Special Permit

Rapscallion Brewery is requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Article 7, Section 20.5 of the Sturbridge Zoning Bylaw to allow the extension of a pre-existing non-conforming structure within the font setback of the property. Applicant is proposing to construct a 480 s.f. building addition for brewing process material storage with a proposed front year setback of 26 feet +/-. This setback will be greater than the pre-existing building front yard setback of 16.6 ft.

The proposed addition is for material storage and will not substantially affect drainage, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, and any other standards or criteria within section 25 of the Zoning Bylaws.
