| The applicant is requesting a determination to raze the existing home at 242A Big Alum Road and rebuild a new residence to connect to the house at 242 Big Alum Road. The Existing detached garage and two sheds will not be removed or altered. |

| The applicant is proposing to raze the existing gazebo and deck and rebuild a new smaller deck. Also proposed is to lower the sunroom to match the existing floor grade in the basement, new screen-room to be built under the existing sunroom, and a patio to be constructed in the area under the existing deck with pervious surface. |
