The 6:30 pm Community Preservation Committee posted meeting did not have a quorum of members to meet prior to Town Meeting. In attendance: Penny Dumas (PD), Ed Goodwin (EG), Kelly Emrich (KE), and Barbara Search (BS). Absent: Kadion Philips (KP), Ed Neal (EN), and Jeff Adams (JA).
PD noted that a quorum was not present; therefore, the CPC could not vote on any items. At 6:50 pm, with four members present and no quorum, the CPC members departed.
