Summary of Board of Health 101: Nuisance and Food Code Violations

On 26 June the Town held, "Board of Health 101: Nuisance and Food Code Violations," presented by our Town Health Agent Brianna Eichstaedt. This class was offered under the Sturbridge Business Classes program and was open to all Sturbridge businesses. 

The presentation covered the important questions of what constitutes a nuisance and what are the top ten common errors in the food code. Several businesses were present and were able to ask the Healh Agent a variety of questions. 

One of the biggest takeaways from the presentation was if there is any questions or concerns about the Health Code, please outreach to the Board of Health and ask for assistance. The Agent and the Inspector are there to assist businesses and ensure their safe operations in our community.
