ServSafe Food Safety Manager Exam

The Town of Sturbridge, Board of Health will be offering a written ServSafe Food Safety Manager Exam on Wednesday, February 6th starting at 4:30pm and concluding at 6:30pm. The exam will take place at the Sturbridge Town Hall in Veterans Hall. 

This is for those participants who wish to self-study and to take the exam; this will not be a subject review. Please note that students must purchase their own materials though ServeSafe.com. If you would like you may also purchase the ServSafe Food Safety Manager Coursebook to review the materials ahead of the exam (approximately $70 from ServSafe). With the exception of the course materials, there are no other fees to participate. Those who pass the exam will receive their ServSafe certification.

For this exam, participants will be required to:

  1. Register for the exam by clicking here and filling out the required information. Please register no later than Friday, February 1st 
  2. Purchase Exam Answer Sheet ($38.00 plus tax and shipping/handling) from ServeSafe.com 
  3. Bring the Exam Answer Sheet, pencils and a photo ID to the exam
