Board of Health 101: Nuisance and Food Code Violations

On 26 June starting at 6pm the new Board of Health Agent Brianna Eichstaedt will participate in the Sturbridge Business Class program by talking with businesses about the health code, specifically addressing nuiscanes and food code violations. Her presentation will address:
- Nuisance Complaints: What are they? How are complaints processed? How are complaints mitigated?
- Top 10 Food Code Violations: Using real-life examples seen by our Health Agent, she will explain what the common errors are and how to protect your business against them. This presentation is perfect for not only food establishments, but to all businesses as the Food Code touches on many different subjects.
