NOTE: It is the vendor's responsibility to verify if any addendums have been issued for their bid.  The Town of Sturbridge will not be held responsible for incomplete bid submissions. Each offer shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein. In all cases the Town of Sturbridge reserves the right to reject all bids in the best interest of the Town.  The Town of Sturbridge shall receive each proposal/bid by method indicated in each bid opportunity no later than the date and time indicated in the documents. Late proposals/bids will not be considered.
