We are currently recruiting to fill two positions.

Minimum requirements include high school diploma or GED, non-smoker, valid Massachusetts driver’s license, and certification as a National Registry EMT. The ideal candidate for the position is progressive in the fire, rescue and EMS field; Firefighter I/II certified; Paramedic certification and possess other advanced qualifications and degrees. Candidates should be customer service oriented.

Compensation package includes: FF/EMT-Basic $59,083.20 - $73,392 annually + multiple overtime opportunities FF/EMT- Paramedic $70,197.60 - $87,277.90 annually + multiple overtime opportunities. Other benefits include paid vacation, sick time, uniform allowance, training reimbursement, and medical/dental insurance, as described within the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Candidates may be subjected to one or more of the following: a medical examination, a Physical Ability Test, a psychological examination and a rigorous background investigation as part of the hiring process.
