Absentee Ballots

If you will be unable to vote in person for a State or Local election for one of the three legal reasons, you may request an absentee ballot by completing the Absentee Ballot Application.  Click on the link above and download the form from the State Website.  Complete the form and mail to the Town Clerks Office at 308 Main Street, Sturbridge, MA  01566.

Please note there are three (3) legal reasons to vote absentee.  Illegal absentee voting, including making a false application, is punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 and up to five years in prison.
