• Requesting a Site Plan Approval as required by Chapter 25 of the Sturbridge Zoning Bylaws, to raze and rebuild the existing Travel Center facility, which will include a single building, two fuel canopies, updated signage, additional fueling positions, and flow direction reversal to eliminate congestion.

6:40 PM STL Group, LLC – 423 Main Street - Waiver of Site Plan
• Convert existing retail and residential space into one apartment and four artist studios

6:55 PM Town Planner Update
• Annual Town Meeting June 29

*Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A Section 18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Sturbridge Planning Board will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post audio and/or video recordings, transcript, or other comprehensive record of the proceedings, on the Town’s website, as soon as possible after the meeting.
