Mock United Nations Debate

Be Part of the UN at our Mock United Nations Debate At Tantasqua High School on United  Nations Day Thursday, October 24th, 2019  2:15 pm – 5:00 pm

The Tantasqua High School Model United Nations (MUN) club is seeking participants to join in an Intergenerational debate. The topic of debate will be centered on the needs of the AGING population.  What is it like to age in different countries?  Are people worried about HEALTHCARE, HOUSING, TRANSPORATION, or something we take for granted every day, WATER?
 
Intergenerational MUN is a fascinating opportunity for students as well as adults of all ages to see what all countries are going through, and to develop more empathy for everyone.  Student & center participants will team up as  “co-delegates” to represent a country, and many centers have been invited to participate.   Please call the center to sign up at 508-347-7575  We are hoping to have a small bus if enough sign up.
